Documents Management

Provides users with tools for creating, managing, and reviewing documents. This functionality ensures complete documentation management with filtering, export, and dependency capabilities. The interface is intuitive and facilitates clear work with all documents within the project roadmap.

Users can:

  1. Filter and Search

    • The user interface allows filtering records by individual columns and easy searching for specific documents.

  2. Insert Hyperlinks

    • Allows users to add hyperlinks to documents.

  3. Export to CSV

    • The entire list of documents can be exported to a CSV file by clicking the "EXPORT TO CSV" button.

  4. Create a New Document

    • Users can add a new document by clicking on the "ADD NEW DOCUMENT" tab.

  5. Manage Dependencies

    • In the "DEPENDENCIES LIST" and "DEPENDENCIES MATRIX" tabs, users can manage and visualize dependencies between documents.

  6. Delete Documents

    • Documents can be individually deleted using the trash bin button in the Delete column.

Adding a new document

This section allows users to create and configure new documents within the General Roadmap.
