Users

The Users area lists the people in the system, the underlying platform accounts that everything else attaches to. A user record does little on its own: what a person can see and do comes from the Roles they hold, and role membership is managed from the role rather than here (see Roles). So this area is mainly where you confirm who exists and manage their accounts, while access is shaped through roles.
Default view (Enabled Users)
Shows each person's Full Name, Business Unit, Title, Position, and Main Phone.
