Access Management
Access is set on the master document and applies to all of its versions. It can be granted two ways:
Individual User Access
Grants access to named users. It holds a separate list for each document role (Authors, Reviewers, Approvers, and Target Audience); use Add user on the relevant list to add a person. Each list shows the user's Full Name and Title.Role-Based Access
Grants access by role. It lists the document roles (Approvers, Authors, Reviewers, and Target Audience); everyone in a role receives that role's access. Use the open in new icon on a role to manage its members.
