Managing QMS Training

Last updated:

A QMS Training is the master record for a training subject. It carries the subject's name and description, groups the Training Versions created under it, and records the QMS Documents it is associated with. It holds no training content of its own (that lives on its versions) so it is best thought of as the stable identity a training keeps while its content is revised.

The QMS Trainings tab lists these master records, each showing its ID (for example, TR-005), Name, its number of QMS Training Versions, and its number of Linked QMS Documents.

Expanding a row shows its Linked QMS Training Versions, each with the document it covers and its type.

Search with the "Search trainings or master trainings" box, edit a record with the pencil action, and add one with + Add QMS Training.
