Introduction to My Workspace
My Workspace is your personal area within QMLogic eQMS. Whatever your role in the organisation, this is where the system shows you what applies to you: the documents you are expected to know, the training you need to complete, and the personal code you use to sign your actions.
Every employee has a My Workspace. You do not need to be an author, approver, or administrator to use it; it is the part of the system intended for everyone who works under the quality management system.
What You Use It For
My Workspace gathers the things that are specific to you, so you do not have to search the wider system to find them. From here you can:
See the controlled documents assigned to you to read and understand.
Find the training you have been asked to complete, together with its due dates.
Keep track of what is pending, due soon, or overdue, so nothing is missed.
Set up and use your Signature PIN, the personal code that acts as your electronic signature.
Together, these give you a single, reliable view of what the quality management system currently expects from you.
How It Is Organised
My Workspace has two parts:
Dashboard
Your personal home screen. It collects the documents and training that apply to you and highlights anything that needs your attention. For most people this is the first place to look each day.Signature PIN
Where you create the personal code used to sign and approve documents and to confirm that you have completed a training.
The pages that follow describe each part in detail. If you are new to the system, begin with the Dashboard to see what has been assigned to you, then set up your Signature PIN so you are ready to sign when you need to.
