Management
The Management area provides the Training Management screen for managing training across the QMS. It has three tabs, each with a count: QMS Trainings, Coverage Gaps, and Master Trainings.
The QMS Trainings tab lists the training records, showing each one's ID, Title, Version, Status, Type, Effective Date, Trainer, and number of Documents.
Expanding a row shows its description, master training, and Linked Document Versions (each with its status and notes). Filter with the search box and the Trainings Status and Training Type menus, add a record with + Add Training, and open one with View Details.
The Coverage Gaps tab lists document versions without a QMS training, or with a rejected or obsolete one. Each row shows the version's Name, Status, Category, whether training is Required, any Linked Training, and a Link QMS Training action to attach one.
Where a version does not need training, it is marked Not Required, with the reason shown. Filter with the search box, the Document Status and Document Type menus, and the Requires Training checkbox.
