Coverage Gaps

Coverage Gaps is the safety net: it lists the document versions that have no QMS training, or whose training is rejected or obsolete, so a released document never quietly goes untrained.
Each row shows the version's Name, Status, Category, whether training is Required, any Linked Training, and a Link QMS Training action.
Filter with the search box, the Document Status and Document Type menus, and the Requires Training checkbox,
To close a gap, select Link QMS Training on the row and choose a training from the list.
The chosen training then shows in the row's Action / Linked Training, and the version drops off the gap list.
