What QMLogic eQMS is
A Quality Management System, or QMS, is how an organisation keeps the documents that define its work, its procedures, work instructions, and templates, accurate, current, and actually followed. Without one, control slips in familiar ways: people work from outdated copies, it is unclear who reviewed or approved a procedure or when, and there is no dependable record that the people who rely on a document have read it and been trained on it.
QMLogic eQMS is an electronic Quality Management System that settles those questions in one place. It manages each controlled document through its full lifecycle, authoring, review, approval, release, and the training that follows, while recording who did what and when. At any moment one version of a document is in force, and the system makes sure the right people are trained on it whenever it changes.
The system is built on the Microsoft Power Platform and the wider Microsoft environment, so it extends the tools your organisation already uses rather than replacing them. Documents and records are created, stored, routed, and signed within one secure environment, which keeps the work traceable and the resulting evidence audit-ready.
Because that evidence, the controlled status changes, electronic signatures, and complete audit trail, is produced as a by-product of normal work, the system is built to be compliant by design and to support regulated processes such as those defined by ISO 13485 or 21 CFR 820.
How you use the system depends on your role:
Authors create and maintain documents.
Reviewers and Approvers review and sign off on them.
Members of a document's audience read it and complete any required training.
Administrators manage templates, roles, categories, and settings.
This manual can be read in full or used for reference. Section 0 provides orientation, and each later section covers a specific area of the system.
